New Patients: You will be asked to complete an initial screening form which will remain fully confidential.
Existing Patients: It is most efficient to communicate your concerns via the patient portal. Please be aware that calls and emails will typically be responded to within one business day. Refill requests are typically handled during appointments. A 48 business hour window may be necessary to handle refill requests between appointments.
Emergencies/After Hours: If you have an urgent medical or psychiatric concern that cannot wait outside of normal business hours, please go to the closest Emergency Room.
